McTeacher’s Night
Looking for a fun exciting way to have a fundraiser? Let us host your next fundraiser – It’s quick it’s easy and fun!! Your school/organization will receive 10% of our mobile app sales between the hours of 5 pm – 8 pm on your designated night.
Your School/Organization Is Responsible For:
- Promoting this event at school, to parents and other supporters. (Hint: your success depends on how well YOU PROMOTE this event ).
- Gathering teachers/volunteers to assist throughout the event.
- Arriving early (4:30 p.m.) for training.
- Having representatives host in the lobby.
McDonald’s Is Responsible For:
- Assisting school throughout the evening.
- Processing and presenting the check to the school.
- Making McDonald’s a “FUN” and safe place for families to visit.
Raffles & Door Prizes
Hosting an event? Need door prizes or items to include in a raffle or silent auction? We can provide Be Our Guest Cards (Coupons) and other McDonald’s themed items for your event.
Your School/Organization Is Responsible For:
- Promoting this event at school, to parents and other supporters.
- Requesting items well in advance of the event to provide McDonald’s sufficient time to procure the requested items.
- Picking up the raffle items from the restaurant.
McDonald’s is Responsible For:
- Having the agreed upon items available at the restaurant for the organization to pickup
